SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround: 

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
Please allow an additional 7-15 business days for delivery.


Estimated Shipping Delivery Times:

- USA: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days


Carriers:
 We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL

Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you decide not to buy.

International shipping: International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Tracking: If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that, in the United States, some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Back Orders: If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

Order never arrived: First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address. Shipping costs will be your responsibility.
